Easy Homemade Ice Cream (No Machine)
Ingredients
2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
1 can (14 oz / 395 g) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional add-ins:
Chocolate chips
Crushed cookies (Oreo, biscuits)
Fruit pieces
Caramel or chocolate sauce
Instructions
Whip the cold cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in the condensed milk and vanilla.
Add any extras you like.
Pour into a container and smooth the top.
Freeze for 6–8 hours or until firm.
Tips
Use very cold cream for best texture
